A blend of traditional Thai herbs including lemongrass, galangal and kaffirlime leaves make the base for this classic Thai soup. To save buying and preparing all the separate ingredients to flavor the broth, it is worth investing in a pack of tomyum powder - hot and fiery blend shallots, galangal, lime, salt, kaffirlime leaves, garlic, chilies, lemongrass and a variety of herbs and spices.


Chillies Powder, Lemongrass, Galangal, Kaffirlime Leaves, Yeast Extract, Onion, Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Citric Acid Sugar, Tapioca Starch and Salt.

Cooking Instruction:

Mix 1 packet of Dapur Spices Tomyam powder in 700ml water. Bring to boil.
Add in 300gm of seafood mixture, beef or chicken. Cover lid to simmer under medium heat.
Add in onion, tomato, chilli, mushroom etc.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
